Inglis really the only one who's enjoyed the fight while others are nervous.
In the End, it was worth it for having a meal as prize from Principal but Inglis should prioritize defending the cafeteria lol.

But in this entire season, Cyrene is still the lucky one for living in Inglis' Boobs rent-free.

I guess time to consider Inglis boobs as my dream house.

The down payment, security fees, installments, and the overall price of that house will be off the charts. But worth every single penny of it.

I rate this anime at solid 8 out of 10 because it was fun to watch and i relate to Inglis sooo much. :)
Why i relate is in the spoiler,but overall subjectively it deserves the score i gave this anime,it fits so well. :)
Like when fighting Senator Armstrong or Monsoon i was literally laughing and being happy about it like Inglis is in the anime,good battle mechanics with strong bosses was fun in MGR: Revengeance .
And when fighting them strong opponents it feels like +1000 to all stats and +1000% to skill strength buff is applied on me,its real fun! :)

Interesting to learn Hieral Menaces can be turned into a weapon without their consent and it seemed like Silva's personality was getting warped even without using its power. I have a feeling Ripple might stay away from him because of this since he would be able to force her to turn into a weapon.

It was amusing how Inglis was telling the Prismer not to die so that she could fight longer lol.

Well it's finally over, this was one of the more disappointing entries this season, it started off looking like it had potential to be a good anime but it just went downhill from there. I'm not sure I would watch another season.

In the novel erasing Ivel was even easier. It happened so fast that even Inglis didn't see what happened

And technically Silva did have Ripple's consent... kinda. At least in the novels. In there Ripple's emotions resonated with his desire to destroy the Prismer despite her logical mind not wanting to turn to a weapon. Partly because the Prismer actually used to be Ripple's dad... which is a detail the anime left out for some stupid reason...

Did Silva not know what was happening and just genuinely want to use her strength for her sake? Did the combination of Silva’s deep respect for Ripple and her warm thoughts of him mean their hearts were close enough? Did Ripple deep down want to free her father, who had become a Prismer, as soon as possible? It seemed like a combination of many things that allowed Silva to push her into transforming.

Yeah this show just got dumber and dumber. They even had the nerve to have Englis say, "I'm glad I came back to take up the sword" and there has yet to be any sword taken up! No real plot development or world building just eating and jumping from one fight scene to another. I'd say this was better than the anime about the party that couldn't trust humanity or whatever but not by much.

Some cultures use the word «sword» (or mace) in a more metaphorical-sense as being their weapon... I have read works that describe the importance of putting down one's mace (or sword) ...whether it be verbal or physical (due to being related to karmic-law; i.e. : to stop getting struck, eventually, stop striking, basically).

The «taking up of arms» (the word «arms» means «weapons» in this context) must have necessarily meant her sword was her development of her aether-hidden combat-abilities (I can only assume that the author must have been influenced by what would now be considered a cultural-slang and/or archaic-use of expression/figurative-speaking).

No way people wished for this average and think this show is way better than many underrated anime this season. As you said, this looked promising, but it went downhill so fast. Many underrated anime getting season 2, and that showed something!

i kinda understand your point,but nowadays anime is not as it used to be,its either hit or miss,but the biggest factor is the human mentality changing with time,because of that,there are anime like Aquarion that I can`t watch it again,because of how cringe it looks like,but when i was a kid,i did watched Aquarion series with ease,that`s just an example.

Its all about our mindset,and if you are set as "that said anime" labeled "as trash" or "not worth it" then,no matter how good or bad it gets,it will always be like that.
Same happens with pretty much everything,specially in gaming industry,the changed with time that makes the focus more on making money instead of making people having fun,has changed the quality of the games we receive right now,and with technology advancing,its easier to make games now than it was in the past.Witch makes companies and indie companies have more options and liberty when it comes to making games,but usually the big companies goes for "live service" and they deliver unfinished products at an absurd price.
